As the technical authority across Microsoft's workplace ecosystem, you will shape and drive the organisation's workplace technology strategy, leading architecture, solution design, technical governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives across a global enterprise environment. Working within Civica's IAM and Microsoft 365 function, you will provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Intune, End User Computing (EUC), Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and emerging AI-enabled workplace technologies. You will define architectural standards, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business objectives. Operating within a matrix environment, you will lead through influence rather than hierarchy, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to drive outcomes, shape strategic decisions, and deliver impactful workplace technology solutions at scale.
