Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Research, Revenue, Client Services, and Leadership to align design direction with business outcomes and customer value.
Translate data-rich, technical systems into intuitive and scalable experiences that enable confident, efficient decision-making.
Define what a good AI response looks like, and partner with Engineering on the evals that test for it.
Build frameworks, patterns, and processes that improve product quality and consistency across teams and surfaces.
Drive design vision and strategy that balances usability, automation, and performance, including latency, streaming, and cost per interaction.
Mentor and guide designers, sharing context, feedback, and systems thinking to strengthen collective impact.
Contribute to StackAdapt’s evolving design practices, ensuring our products, processes, and experiences scale with quality and intent.
