Program Details Program Start Date: Monday, November 9, 2026 Training Location: Newark Campus, with travel to the Wilmington Campus as needed Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Work Location Upon Completion: Newark or Wilmington Campus Compensation & Benefits The starting rate for this training program is $17.67 per hour , with full-time benefits effective on your first day of employment . Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a Sterile Processing Technician I role and receive a salary increase . Schedule Expectations Upon Program Completion Successful participants must be flexible to work available shifts based on operational and staffing needs, including: Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Night Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Positions may require rotating weekends and holidays.
