Description We’re looking for a Store Manager who leads like an owner, someone who takes full accountability for the store’s sales, team, compliance, and patient experience, and builds the next generation of Jungle Boys leaders.   Responsibilities: Own the overall health of your store, not just its daily tasks. You're the final point of accountability for how it performs. Understand and actively manage key performance indicators, turning trends into action plans that improve store performance. Drive a strong sales culture through consistent coaching on product knowledge, patient engagement, promotions, loyalty and basket-building behaviors that grow sales and strengthen the patient experience. Proactively identify business, operational, and people challenges, take action to resolve them, and bring solutions instead of waiting for direction. Own execution of company initiatives end to end, communicating expectations, verifying execution, closing gaps, and delivering results. Coach consistently, set clear expectations, and follow through on performance, attendance, and conduct issues until they're resolved. Develop Assistant Managers and Key Holders through ongoing coaching and delegation and identify high-potential talent to build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline. Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and train your team, and build a culture that reflects Jungle Boys' brand standards. Ensure your team stays current on product launches, regulatory changes, and patient allotment requirements. Run daily store operations, including inventory, product placement, and compliance tasks, delegating effectively to Assistant Managers and Key Holders. Ensure inventory audits, dispensation records, and incoming and outgoing shipments stay accurate and compliant with Florida cannabis law. Manage scheduling, labor budgets, SPAH, timekeeping, and break compliance. Serve as Manager on Duty, covering opening, closing, and cash handling. Resolve patient and team concerns, escalating to HR or leadership when needed. Safeguard inventory through documented security procedures and protect patient privacy under HIPAA. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered. 5 to 7+ years managing in high-volume cannabis, retail, or hospitality, including hiring, coaching, cash handling, and inventory management (buying, merchandising, logistics). Track record of owning store-level performance metrics and driving measurable results. People-first leadership mindset with a strong focus on accountability, coaching, development, and results. Working knowledge of Florida cannabis regulations and patient allotment compliance, strongly preferred. Open availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends; up to 5% travel. Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, and inventory management software.   This job description may not be inclusive of all…
