Strategic Partnership Assistant Manager

Job Description : Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with businesses, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Develop and implement growth strategies, leveraging data and market insights to optimize business performance. Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities. Build strong relationships with potential partners, negotiate deals, and structure agreements that create mutual value. Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of partnership and growth initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of partnerships and growth campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Test new channels, strategies, and business models to drive customer acquisition and retention. Requirements : 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth marketing, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Strong ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with partners and stakeholders. Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with a long-term vision. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
