Job Summary :
The Strategy & Reliability Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and driving reliability engineering, maintenance strategy development, and asset management initiatives across site operations. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, asset lifecycle management, and continuous improvement through the application of reliability methodologies, maintenance best practices, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilites:
Lead and implement Reliability Engineering methodologies, including FMEA/FMECA, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and failure mode identification to improve asset performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
Develop, review, and optimize maintenance strategies, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive/Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and corrective maintenance programs.
Drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and asset lifecycle management practices aligned with company standards.
Develop, review, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) for maintenance and engineering activities.
Analyze maintenance and reliability data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and translate findings into actionable plans.
Lead, coach, and develop Reliability Engineers and analysts under supervision.
Manage and drive continuous improvement projects and system enhancement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with corporate asset management standards, ISO 9001, and other relevant regulations.
Qualification:
B ache lors Degr e e (S1) in Engineering (M ec ha nical, Elec tric al , I nd ustr i al, or r el a t e d dis ci pli ne).
Mi n imum 8 y ears of exper ie nce in M aintenance, Reli ability , or E ng in e ering, w ith a t le ast 3 y e ars in a Superintend e nt or equ iv ale nt le ad ershi p rol e, prefer ab ly withi n m ini ng, h e av y equipment, or pro cess i ng plan t environme nt s.
St rong u nd ers tanding of a sset management framew ork s, reli abili ty engineering, a nd maintenance b es t pr ac tices.
Prof ici ent in CMMS/EAM syst em s (PRONTO, SAP , Max im o, o r eq u ivale nt).
S trong ana ly tical sk ill s wi th adv anc ed proficiency i n Microsoft Ex cel and P ow erPo int fo r analysi s, r e po rt ing, a nd m anageme nt p r ese ntati on s.
