Student Worker - Technology Management & Innovation

The Impact You'll Make Are you interested in innovation, technology scouting, AI tools, and digital transformation? The CF-MAI Technology Management & Innovation team is looking for a student worker to support a range of innovation and technology projects while gaining hands-on experience in a global technology organization. What You’ll Be Doing Support technology and company research, reporting, and analysis Learn and utilize Danfoss' technology scouting platform to support technology intelligence activities Support the design and development of AI assistants using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio to improve productivity and user experiences Assist innovation and technology projects with coordination and execution activities Create presentations, communication materials, and training content, support data collection and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and technology initiatives forward. What We're Looking For We imagine you are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Engineering Innovation and Business, Software Engineering, Supply Chain Digitalization, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Besides your degree, we are looking for someone who: Is comfortable using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI tools, and h as some experience building AI agents or assistants Has strong analytical and data-handling skills Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or can learn quickly Has experience supporting projects and developing presentations Is proactive, structured, and eager to learn, and can communicate e ffectively in English The following are considered advantages: Power BI experience Python knowledge AI-assisted coding experience What You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
