You will also work closely with the store management team to help develop and grow SUBWAY®, and deliver key targets including sales and profitability. As SUBWAY® Manager you will:  •    Provide a first class service to all of our customers.   •    Allocate work duties to other members of the Subway team to ensure all duties are covered and to maintain a high quality service at all times.  •    Exercise and enforce constant watch over Health & Safety, Security, Discipline and Due Diligence.  •    Carry out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure all standards are being maintained and recorded.  •    Ensure stock is displayed in the correct position to attract sales, the correct price is displayed and waste recording procedure is being followed.  •    Prepare and cook all food in line with company procedure and Health and Safety regulations.  •    Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the SUBWAY® Department (front and back) is maintained at all times.  •    Be accountable for the enforcement of all legislative demands/standards of fire, health, hygiene and safety and these conditions are strictly adhered to.   •    Undertake other duties as required for the role.  Skills for Success  •    A passion for food…with a proven track record for delivering a fantastic customer experience in a similar role.  You’ll have at least 1 years’ experience in a serviced food role, and you’ll see your role as a profession, helping us to develop  SUBWAY® as a key destination for food on the go.   •    You’ll have at least 6 months’ experience in leading a team.   •    A positive attitude and…
