Partners Group has created this Summer Analyst Program to reduce this gap, exclusively targeting talented female candidates across academic fields who are interested in exploring a career in private markets. The Summer Analyst Program is a hands-on program designed to equip successful applicants with the financial, analytical, data, and technology-enabled skills required to succeed in private markets investing. Participants will learn how investment professionals combine commercial judgement, financial analysis, industry research, data, and digital tools to assess markets and investment opportunities.
