The Superintendent, Safety and Compliance provides vessel-facing safety oversight and support for assigned ships within a vessel delivery team (pod). The role acts as the primary shoreside safety interface for assigned vessels, ensuring ISM and GHESS compliance, supporting incident governance and investigations, coordinating audit and assurance activities, and working with ship and shoreside teams to drive continuous safety and compliance improvement.
