About the role The Hoist/Shaft and Stationary Plant Supervisor role offers the opportunity to lead and oversee all maintenance repairs for hoists, shafts and stationary equipment, along with schedules and related activities. You will also be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of personnel at Evolution Mining Red Lake Operations. This role is to recruit for a vacancy.   The roster will be 7 days on / 7 days off and 7 nights on / 7 days off (12 hours). Whilst residential is preferred, the role is also open to FIFO and DIDO, with access to our camp accommodation. We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000 CAD. Key result areas will include: Oversee maintenance of all hoist plants, shafts, and ancillary plant. Assist in the development of the maintenance schedule, coordination of jobs, productive work methods and effective supervision. Monitor and control key performance indicators for equipment.
