Meet the Team  The R&D Process Development Lab supports the development, evaluation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and test methods that enable Dexcom's next generation of glucose sensing technologies. The team collaborates closely with Product Development, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to transform innovative concepts into scalable and reliable manufacturing solutions.  As the Supervisor of the R&D Process Development Lab, you will lead and work along side a team of technicians  responsible for executing development builds, process characterization studies, equipment evaluations, and engineering experiments. You will ensure laboratory operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable quality system requirements while enabling rapid innovation across multiple development programs.  Where You Come In  Lead and supervise daily operations of the R&D Process Development Lab, ensuring alignment with product development and process engineering priorities.  Manage a team of technicians and lab support personnel responsible for development builds, process studies, equipment operation, and laboratory maintenance.  Partner with Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams to plan and execute experiments supporting new product and process development initiatives.  Oversee development equipment, fixtures, and laboratory resources to ensure readiness, reliability, and availability for engineering activities.  Drive execution of Design of Experiments (DOE), process characterization activities, feasibility studies, and pilot builds to support…
