Job Summary We are looking for a  System Engineer with a strong hands-on networking focus (Cisco) to join our IT Operations team. Working in a hybrid infrastructure environment spanning on-premises technologies and Microsoft Azure, you will help ensure the stability, security and continuous improvement of our infrastructure landscape across the EMEA region. As part of a growing team, you will work closely with architects, engineers and external service partners to support infrastructure changes, review technical solutions and contribute to the resolution of complex incidents across both IT and OT environments. While the role offers broad exposure to infrastructure, cloud and core services, networking will be your main area of focus. You will play an active role in troubleshooting and resolving network, firewall and connectivity issues, particularly within Cisco environments. Operating within an outsourced delivery model, you will collaborate closely with service providers who manage day-to-day operations, while contributing technical expertise, supporting improvement initiatives and helping to ensure high-quality service delivery.
