CNC Programmer - Machinist - Second Shift

Job Summary The CNC Programmer – Machinist is a highly skilled technical craftsperson who transforms engineering intent into fully finished precision components. In this role, you will take complete ownership of the machining process—from selecting machining strategies and developing CNC programs to designing tooling, setting up machines, and validating final part quality. Working in a sophisticated machine shop equipped with more than 50 advanced CNC tools, you will evaluate designs, choose the optimal machinery for each job, and build the full end‑to‑end manufacturing plan to produce complex parts to exact specifications.
