Systems Integration Analyst- IRIS

Enterprise Integration Leadership Lead the design, implementation, and support of healthcare interoperability solutions. Architect interfaces between clinical applications, medical equipment, analysers, and third-party systems. Develop technical integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Act as the technical advisor for integration and interoperability initiatives. Healthcare Interoperability Management Design and support integrations utilizing HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP, ASTM, XML, and JSON standards. Build and manage interoperability solutions using InterSystems IRIS and HealthShare platforms. Ensure high levels of availability, performance, and reliability across all integration services. Operational Excellence Proactively monitor and troubleshoot integration services and data exchange workflows. Establish alerting, monitoring, failover, and service recovery mechanisms. Ensure continuity of critical clinical data flows across healthcare applications and devices. Lead issue resolution activities involving internal teams and vendors. Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Engage solution vendors throughout implementation, upgrade, testing, and support lifecycles. Facilitate solution evaluations, upgrades, and post-implementation optimization activities. Governance & Solution Delivery Produce integration architecture and interface design documentation. Ensure compliance with information governance and data security requirements. Support enterprise architecture reviews and technology decision-making processes. Drive knowledge transfer, documentation standards, and end-user enablement Experience in Integration Technologies HL7 FHIR SOAP REST APIs JSON XML Business Process Language (BPL) Message Routing and Transformation Services Knowledge of Core Technology Platforms: InterSystems IRIS for Health (InterSystems Interoperability Framework) HealthShare Healthcare Integration Middleware Platforms Experience in Healthcare Ecosystem Clinical workflows Electronic Health Records (EHR) Medical devices and diagnostic modalities Laboratory analysers and healthcare middleware technologies Requirements Technical Leadership Ability to lead complex integration initiatives from design through production support.
