Overview: The Systems Integration Engineer will be a key member of the Hypori Managed Services team, delivering secure, mission-ready integration and Tier 3 support for Hypori infrastructure. This role requires a mix of systems engineering expertise, hands-on integration, and customer-facing collaboration with enterprise stakeholders. The engineer will ensure seamless delivery of Hypori’s secure virtual mobile infrastructure, maintaining compliance with strict security standards while driving uptime, performance, and customer satisfaction.
To ensure success in this role, you must have advanced knowledge of computer software and hardware systems, excellent diagnostic skills, high-level communication skills, and a solid understanding of Android, Azure, and AWS (Amazon Web Services) platforms.
Responsibilities:
Deliver Gold Support through a combination of on-site and remote Tier 3 engineering and solutions architecture.
Install, integrate, and maintain F5 TLS Proxy solutions in coordination with client’s F5 support team.
Perform OS and Nutanix installation, patching, upgrades, and network configuration.
Manage and maintain Hypori Halo server infrastructure, including capacity planning and hardware lifecycle (installation, decommission, sanitization, shipping).
Support PKI provisioning, certificate management, and integration with customer environments.
Generate and manage Hypori license keys for renewals.
Configure and maintain Hypori platform software, including templates, policies, and platform upgrades.
Perform platform health monitoring, respond to alerts, and ensure rapid incident resolution.
Review infrastructure specifications, perform readiness assessments, and support hardware/software purchasing recommendations.
Define, document, and execute disaster recovery plans with client support teams, including annual DR testing.
Collaborate on release and patch planning, including process definition, scheduling, and communications.
Conduct testing of new apps and versions for Hypori virtual devices; prepare and deliver release notes and supporting documentation.
Ensure audit trails, logging, and change management adherence across the Hypori environment.
Review, address, and resolve security vulnerabilities identified via penetration testing, ACAS scans, or client reporting.
Serve as a trusted technical point of contact for client’s stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, reporting, and escalation management.
