As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional and seamless recruitment experience across BCAA. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialists and Manager, you’ll coordinate and administer recruitment activities from job posting through offer, while ensuring our processes, systems and candidate communications are accurate, timely and consistent. You’ll also contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding, recruitment reporting, and technology and process improvements that strengthen how we attract and hire talent. You enjoy keeping things moving and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing sight of the details. You’re proactive and take ownership. You anticipate what’s needed, follow through and look for opportunities to make processes better. You’re a strong communicator who can adapt your approach and create clear, engaging written content. You’re curious about recruitment, technology and data and enjoy finding new and more efficient ways of working. You’re analytical and comfortable working with recruitment data to identify trends, insights and opportunities. You’re a collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing wherever needed. You exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential candidate and employee information. What you’ll do: Coordinate recruitment activities across the hiring process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for candidates and hiring leaders. Create and post job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment materials, templates and interview guides. Administer recruitment assessments, reference checks, offer letters, pre-employment activities and employee referral payments. Monitor the Talent Acquisition shared inbox and provide timely support to candidates, team members and hiring leaders. Maintain accurate candidate, requisition and recruitment data in Workday and other Talent Acquisition systems.
