What is your Day to Day Mission: Manage the full recruiting cycle – from first contact to job offer – and make sure every candidate has an awesome experience. Partner up with Hiring Managers to really get what makes each role unique. Be the trainer for the Hiring team to adapt to the new toolset and best practices Plan and lead cool talent projects like podcasts, open-door days, or making our careers page feel more "us." Create tailored sourcing strategies and proactively reach out to talent that doesn’t even know they’re looking for us yet. Use the best tools, channels, and ideas to find, attract, and engage the people we need. What you bring to the team: Readiness for regular Business Trips You already have several years of working experience within Recruiting (preferably Engineering or production Recruiting). You are familiar with Active Sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and other sourcing channels. Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert. Experience in organizing in-house training You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently. Fluency in English and Romanian, additional languages as a plus.
