This position partners closely with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. In addition to talent acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager owns the organization's onboarding program and internship program, ensuring new hires and interns experience a seamless transition into the organization. This role is responsible for building talent pipelines, strengthening the employer brand, creating exceptional candidate and employee experiences, and developing programs that support long-term organizational success. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent advisor who combines hand on recruitment expertise with a passion for employee experience, early career talent development, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, part-time, seasonal, and leadership positions. Consult with hiring managers on job requirements, candidate profiles, interview strategies, and hiring decisions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, universities, professional organizations, and community groups. Oversee the interview and selection process to ensure consistency, compliance, and a best-in-class candidate experience. Analyze recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring activity, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment outcomes. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies.
