As a trusted advisor, the Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner will maintain robust talent pipelines and leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring outcomes. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles, including Account Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Innovation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Develop and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates through strategic sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, create tailored recruitment strategies, and align on success factors for each role. Maintain and update job postings while leveraging the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) for candidate engagement and tracking. Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring to attract top talent, with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
