 What this role is all about   As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping Infobip teams by identifying and attracting top talent in the market.   As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to recruit across different business functions, locations, and seniority levels, working with both technical and non-technical profiles. You’ll work with internal and external candidates while collaborating with colleagues across different regions and contributing to global Talent Acquisition initiatives. As part of the HQ Talent Acquisition team, you will help shape how recruitment is done globally at Infobip while working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization.   In this role, you will partner with our leaders, hiring managers & People Operations Business Partners to understand the company's culture and current and future hiring needs. You’ll identify potential talent sources, develop strategies to attract the best candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process. Throughout the process, you will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment expertise to support informed hiring decisions.   You will join a stable, experienced, and collaborative team where knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous learning are part of the way we work.
