Temporary Contract Position
Compensation: $35-$40/hr
This position is on-site in our Fort Lauderdale corporate office Monday-Friday.

About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive recruiting strategies to identify, engage, and build strong talent pipelines for positions designated by your leader. This role is focused on the full-cycle recruiting process, with an emphasis on market research, candidate identification, outreach, and pipeline development across your assigned region.
You will partner closely with business leaders to ensure a consistent flow of high quality, qualified candidates while driving efficiency, creativity, and data driven sourcing practices. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the business, the roles being sourced, and the external talent market, along with the ability to speak in data and manage sourcing funnels effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned corporate roles across multiple regions and levels.
Partner with hiring leaders to align on hiring priorities, target candidate profiles, and market conditions.
Conduct intake meetings to define role scope, competencies, and selection criteria.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines.
