Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to support the delivery and continuous improvement of leadership development and learning initiatives across SOFTSWISS.
The role will work closely with the Lead of Talent Development to coordinate leadership programs, support program design and improvement, manage external learning requests, and maintain the data, materials, and reporting needed for Talent Development activities.
The Specialist will also support facilitation, LMS-related tasks, LinkedIn Learning, and selected learning events. Coordination of the English learning program and additional language-learning activities will remain part of the operational scope.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with employees, managers, HRBPs, external providers, and senior stakeholders, including C-level.
Purpose of the role:
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of leadership development programs.
Coordinate internal learning initiatives and external development requests.
Help create a well-organized and positive learning experience.
Maintain accurate Talent Development data and prepare information for analytics and reporting.
Support the smooth operation of learning programs, platforms, and related processes.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of leadership programs, including participants, schedules, communication, facilitators, providers, materials, and follow-up.
Support internal programs such as Manager Foundations, Leadership Mastery, Management Community, and coaching initiatives.
Contribute to program design, learning materials, selected facilitation, and continuous improvement based on feedback and business needs.
Coordinate external learning requests by clarifying needs, identifying suitable solutions, managing approvals and registrations, and following up with participants and providers.
Manage operational activities related to LinkedIn Learning for managers, including access, assignments, participation tracking, and reporting.
Maintain accurate information on learning programs, participation, completion, feedback, and related costs, and prepare structured data.
Support online, hybrid, and onsite learning events.
Use Jira and Confluence for task coordination, documentation, and collaboration, and be ready to learn other tools used by the team.
Contribute to other Talent Development projects and initiatives when required.
Required Experience:
Higher education in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or another relevant field.
2–4 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, HR, program coordination, or a related area.
Experience coordinating learning, leadership development, or other people-related programs.
Experience creating learning materials, guides or participant communications.
