Typical Experience Areas We Look For
Network operations and troubleshooting
Switch/router support
Cable patching, port activation, and closet work
ServiceNow or ITSM ticketing
Layer 1–3 testing and diagnostics
Break/fix support and maintenance windows
Enterprise or government IT environments
Requirements
Active Secret Clearance
3+ years of networking experience
Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments
CCNA, CCENT, or related networking certifications preferred
