We're looking for a talented Recruitment Sourcer to join one of our embedded teams in New York, supporting a fast-scaling fintech and payments company that is making a real impact on how people send and manage money globally. The role As a Recruitment Sourcer, you'll be at the heart of the talent pipeline — identifying, engaging, and nurturing exceptional candidates across a range of roles. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what great looks like, and bring creative, data-informed sourcing strategies to life. Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across technical, commercial, and operational functions Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping Craft compelling outreach that cuts through the noise and reflects the company's brand Screen and assess candidates at the initial stage, delivering a high-quality shortlist Track sourcing metrics and provide insight on market trends and talent availability Collaborate closely with the wider TA team to refine approaches and share best practice About you 2–4 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, either in-house or agency Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and a range of…
