Explore Life at BDO here Providing tax advisory services to clients across a diverse range of industries with respect to Maltese tax implications and international tax developments; Liaising with the Malta Tax and Customs Administration on questions of interpretation; Working closely with other departments and professional advisors to provide a comprehensive tax consulting service; Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation; Preparing and reviewing tax computations; Reviewing tax returns; Reviewing of tax refund and Shareholder registration forms; Train and mentor junior team members; Preparing and reviewing tax due diligence assignments; Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to the development of business initiatives; and Assisting with and reviewing of publications. Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience; Masters in Accountancy or fully ACCA-qualified or in the very last stage of being fully qualified; Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team; Organisational skills and have an eye for detail; Self-motivated and willing to learn; Able to work with strict deadlines; Fluent in English with advanced written and verbal communication ability; and Strong ability to delegate, manage and review work of the tax team.
