As a member of the Tax Knowledge team, you will strengthen professional competence and tax technical capability across our national tax practice. You will help colleagues maintain the technical skills needed to deliver high-quality client service by shaping, delivering and continually improving relevant learning programmes, resources and communications in collaboration with specialists across the business. The Role This full-time role will lead, manage and evaluate initiatives that build professional competence and technical capability across our tax practice, with particular responsibility for early careers development and national tax technical learning. Key responsibilities include: Lead the strategic development, delivery and continuous improvement of early careers and national tax technical learning, aligning activity with business strategy, quality obligations, client-service priorities and identified capability gaps. Create, maintain and promote clear, practical and accessible learning programmes, technical resources and communications that complement professional training and support consistently high-quality work.
