The Opportunity As a Tax Manager at Tronconi Segarra & Associates (TSA), you will own a portfolio of business and individual clients and serve as their trusted advisor from start to finish. You will oversee tax compliance and planning across a broad mix of entity types and industries, review and sign returns, and lead the teams that deliver the work. This role is ideal for a well-rounded tax professional who wants real ownership of client relationships, enjoys developing others, and is looking for the autonomy to build and manage their own book. TSA’s Tax practice is built on a generalist model, giving managers exposure to a wide range of clients rather than a single niche, with room to deepen expertise as you advance. Supported by TSA’s strategic partnership with Ascend, the practice is positioned for continued growth. You will work alongside Tax leadership to serve clients, mentor staff and seniors, and help shape a culture of accountability, coaching, and high-quality client service.
