About This Job The Team Lead acts as the primary escalation point for complex fee administration, revenue reporting questions, and client service matters. This position combines technical expertise, leadership, relationship management, and process improvement responsibilities to drive team performance, reporting accuracy, and exceptional service to internal stakeholders. Essential Functions Provide daily leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support to Financial Reporting Analyst Serve as the primary resource for team members by answering questions, providing technical guidance, and assisting with complex issues Lead training efforts, onboarding activities, and ongoing skill development for team members Assist management with workload balancing, performance feedback, succession planning, and employee development initiatives Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support management in carrying out departmental goals and the broader vision of Commerce Trust. Oversee revenue reporting activities and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables. Drive advanced analysis of revenue trends, fee realization, and business performance.  Resolve complex reporting, and fee-related issues while identifying sustainable solutions .
