Lead business requirements gathering sessions & technical/solution design strategies by working closely with PLM Implementation Team. Configure, customize & build Teamcenter solutions/modules such as Item & Document Management, BOM Management, Change Management, and Reporting to meet business requirements. Provide architectural guidance on the following to ensure software quality, effectiveness, performance, and reliability – PLM application design, user experience improvements, database tuning, data migrations and performing PLM upgrades. Work with Brunswick PLM Solution Manager and other Technical Leads to architect PLM / ALM system infrastructure & provide hardware sizing guidelines to design PLM components including database, volume, web-tier, search indexing, and CAD integrations. Work closely with Brunswick users as PLM subject matter expert and support them for developing solution prototypes and implementing best in class solutions. Lead Organizational Change Management strategy during project execution with early feedback capture techniques, consistent communication and converting risks and blockers to opportunities.
