Join us.  The role: Tech Lead – ERP Reporting to: Director, Business Design & Applications Job role and purpose: The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in managing the technical delivery of projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the overall quality, performance, ownership, and timely delivery of IT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, including software engineers, project managers, and business/product owners, to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery outcomes. The Tech Lead helps stakeholders define the “what” in detail and translates it into the “how” together with other IT stakeholders. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that all requirements are well documented, ticketed, and prioritized for the development team(s). Success in this role requires strong project leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and a solid technical understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and solution architecture. At 3stepIT, the Tech Lead also acts as the technical owner for named solution(s), such as ERP, AssetIQ, CRM, ServiceNow, Finance, and other business-critical systems. You understand the big picture of all 3stepIT products and services while maintaining detailed functional and architectural expertise within your designated solution area(s). This role requires the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, balance business and technical priorities, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs. Main responsibilities & tasks: Tech Leadership: Lead technical decision-making, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure consistent implementation across all projects in a focus area based on technology competence and background. Tech Lead owns and ensures the delivery of technical outputs for projects. Architecture & Design: Lead and ensure together with architects and other stakeholders a robust and scalable design, and secure IT solutions that meet business requirements.
