The candidate will lead embedded development initiatives, manage multiple projects, and drive structured Agile execution while ensuring high-quality and reliable control solutions. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end embedded software development for Controls applications & Platform Solutions. Own project planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution across multiple parallel projects. Perform advanced debugging and root cause analysis for system and field issues. Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) for Code development,Code reviews, log analysis etc. Prepare Controls Project Specifications and collaborate cross-functionally while using Atlassian tools, Git versioning, and applying networking concepts for system integration . Ensure security by design by developing threat modeling, security assessments, secure coding practices, and using tools like Checkmarx. Mandatory Skills 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Bare-Metal programming, Embedded C, for microcontrollers. 4-5 years of experience in integrating peripherals like ADC, I2C, SPI, Modbus TCP/IP & CAN bus protocols. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Linux programming …
