Technical Business Systems Analyst

Technical Business Systems Analyst (TBSA)  partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven solutions. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The TBSA leverages expertise in business analysis, process improvement, project management, reporting and analytics, process migration, and light software development to drive operational efficiency and business value. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead and coordinate business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project objectives. Manage project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies. Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to support effective project execution and stakeholder communication. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements to support system enhancements and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Evaluate existing workflows and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable solutions. Python Development & Automation Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline business processes and support data integration initiatives. Utilize Python and related scripting technologies for automation, API integrations, and technical enhancements. PL/SQL Development Design, develop, optimize, and troubleshoot PL/SQL queries and procedures for reporting, data validation, and ETL processes.
