Technical Consultant - Control-M WORKLOAD AUTOMATION Role details Job code: KTPL191TA2025 Location: Mumbai Work mode: Client site Experience: 5 to 7 years Employment type: Full time Openings: 1 About the role You will install, administer, upgrade and automate BMC Control-M environments for enterprise clients. You will manage Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager and Agents, own job scheduling and monitoring, and connect Control-M with other BMC tools. What you will do Deploy, install and configure BMC Control-M components Manage the Control-M environment: Control-M Server, Enterprise Manager (EM) and Agents Integrate and consolidate Control-M with other BMC tools Manage server change and configuration through Control-M Create reports and trend analysis on scheduling efficiency Set up and manage role-based access for administrators and users Work with managers, developers and customers on release planning, scheduling and monitoring Upgrade and migrate Control-M from older versions Automate tasks with scripting and troubleshoot errors, defects and performance issues Apply ITIL processes to Control-M operations Support releases and out-of-hours work when needed What you need Hands-on experience with BMC Control-M Installation, deployment and configuration of Control-M Administration of Control-M Server, EM and Agents Job scheduling and monitoring in Control-M Good to have Control-M Automation API Control-M Web or Self Service Strong Shell or Unix scripting Windows administration Tools you will work with BMC Control-M, Control-M Enterprise Manager, Control-M Agents, Shell scripting Qualification BE, BTech, MCA, BSc or BCA in any IT or computer science stream, or equivalent experience.
