Technical Consultant - Entuity NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NMS) Role details Job code: KTPL187TA2025 Location: Pune Work mode: Work from office Experience: 4 to 8 years Employment type: Full time Openings: 1 About the role You will run Entuity Network Analytics at enterprise scale, monitoring routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and load balancers. The role also covers ITSM integrations, SD-WAN monitoring, API-based automation, alert tuning, root cause analysis, capacity planning and SLA reporting. What you will do Deploy, configure and manage Entuity Network Analytics at enterprise scale Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and load balancers Configure polling, thresholds, alerts, dashboards and reports Carry out root cause analysis for network and performance issues Integrate Entuity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and BMC Remedy Monitor through SNMP, ICMP, Syslog and REST APIs, including SD-WAN controller platforms Design and build API-based data ingestion and automation Tune alerts to cut noise and make monitoring more useful Support capacity planning, SLA reporting, upgrades and health checks What you need Hands-on experience with Entuity Network Analytics Strong root cause analysis and network troubleshooting skills Knowledge of SNMP, ICMP, Syslog and REST APIs Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy Good to have Hybrid or cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) Automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform Other monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds, Netcool, Dynatrace or ThousandEyes ITIL, SD-WAN, Cisco or Meraki certifications Tools you will work with Entuity Network Analytics, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, SNMP and Syslog Qualification BE, BTech, MCA, BSc or BCA in any IT or computer science stream, or equivalent experience.
