About the Team
The RSP team owns the product direction and platform capabilities that support 1GLOBAL's eSIM Remote SIM Provisioning services across consumer and M2M use cases. The team works closely with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and commercial teams to deliver standards-aligned, scalable RSP products for carriers, MVNOs, enterprise customers, and connected device ecosystems. About the Role This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will lead product strategy and execution for 1GLOBAL's RSP portfolio, shaping roadmap priorities across Consumer SGP.22, SGP.41 (IFPP), and M2M SGP.02 capabilities while ensuring the platform remains reliable, compliant, commercially relevant, and ready for market.
Own the product strategy and roadmap for RSP capabilities across Consumer SGP.22, SGP.41 (IFPP), and M2M SGP.02.
Translate GSMA RSP standards, customer needs, and commercial priorities into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
Prioritise roadmap initiatives that improve eSIM profile download, lifecycle management, and operational reliability.
Partner with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and commercial teams to deliver compliant, scalable RSP platform capabilities.
Manage product decisions around SM-DP+, SM-DS, LPA, API, and portal capabilities where relevant to the RSP portfolio.
Drive go-to-market readiness for new RSP features by aligning documentation, operational processes, support models, and stakeholder communications.
Own backlog quality, release scope, acceptance criteria, and trade-off decisions for complex technical delivery across distributed teams.
Monitor eSIM market trends, GSMA specification evolution, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings to keep the RSP roadmap current.
