Who We Are
Catalyst Capital is a profitable, bootstrapped holding company building a diversified financial services group - education, publishing, software, wealth and tax planning tools, investment products and proprietary trading technology - funded entirely from its own operating cash. We have never taken outside capital.
The cash engine is Decentralized Masters, a DeFi education business that went from zero to 150+ people, 4,500+ paying members and roughly $48.6M of FY26 revenue at ~25% earnings before tax in four years. That engine funds everything else on this page.
Purpose
The Technical Project Manager leads the team that sets up automations, workflows, and other technical projects for brands in the Catalyst Capital group. The seat serves the whole group, above any single brand. The work is to turn a brand or internal request into a build the team can ship, check that it does what was asked, and keep each project owned and understandable.
This is a people-management role. The manager stays close enough to the tools to know when a workflow is actually done.
Reporting
Reports to Head of Technology.
Has 3-4 direct reports, including the people on Automations Team Bravo. People on Automations Team Bravo report to this role.
Brings priorities, blockers, and staffing questions to Head of Technology before they sit.
Partners with brand and internal requesters. Does not sit inside one brand.

Decide with the Head of Technology
Priorities and what the team should take on next.
Blockers that change the plan or the people assigned to it.
Escalate to the Head of Technology
Conflicts between brand requests that the team cannot sequence alone.
A project that cannot be finished inside the systems listed above without a decision from the Head of Technology.
