Technical Project Manager
Help bring best-in-class products to millions of homes.
SharkNinja is looking for a self-motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Engineering team. You'll be the glue that connects Engineering, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, and our global partners, so the right product reaches the market at the right time.
How the role works
You own the what : the product direction, scope, and schedule. Your design manager and engineering partners own the how . Together you're jointly accountable for:
Delivering 5★ products: best-in-class products that delight consumers
The right product: global teams aligned on project direction
The right time: schedules that are current, on track, and meet retailer requirements
Full transparency: stakeholders informed and bought in on status, issues, and risks
What you'll do
Align daily with Engineering on tasks and deliverables
Build project plans and lead internal team meetings
Track and drive technical issues to closure in JIRA
Translate complex technical challenges into clear updates for non-technical, cross-functional teams
Support the project team with hands-on technical activities
Support legacy products day to day and prepare updates for executive reviews
What you'll bring
Essential
2+ years in project management or engineering (project management preferred)
Experience working with software teams
Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, ideally in plastics or consumer products
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and their limits
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the listening and influencing skills to build collaborative relationships
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
A hands-on work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
