As a Technical Project Manager / Bridge Engineer, you are the link between our Japanese customers and our international engineering teams. You make sure customer needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable requirements, and delivered successfully. What You'll Do As a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll work closely with executives, business stakeholders, engineers, and delivery teams to transform customer requirements into successful technology solutions. Your responsibilities include: Act as the main point of contact for Japanese customers throughout the project lifecycle. Bridge communication between customers and our international engineering teams. Gather, clarify, and document customer requirements, and turn them into clear tasks for engineers. Plan and track project scope, schedules, and deliverables. Run customer meetings, status reports, and project reviews. Spot risks and issues early and coordinate solutions with all stakeholders. What You'll Bring Strong customer communication skills and a confident, client-facing presence. Native or near-native Japanese. Basic IT background (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, data, or cloud). A structured, proactive way of working and the ability to manage several priorities at once. Preferred Qualifications English skills for working with our international teams. Interest in or background in the automotive industry. Experience in project management, IT consulting, or a bridge engineer role.
