As a Technical Success Manager, you will independently manage top-tier accounts, ensuring the successful adoption of our AI Development Platform. Your goal is to empower clients to build high-performance, agent-centric applications in a complex IT Ecosystem that significantly reduce cognitive load for end-users. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor who establishes deep client relationships and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation and deliver measurable technical and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts, accelerating product usage through strategic AI adoption in complex, large-scale environments. Perform technical reviews for complex, large-scale systems, and ensure adherence to OutSystems development best practices. Design technical adoption plans to drive strategic business impact by guiding customers to implement agentic systems that maximize platform value. Guide customer development teams through the transition from standard applications to Agentic Workflows, leveraging OutSystems Mentor and Agent Workbench to drive significant business impact. Serve as a customer advocate internally, interfacing with Product Management and Global Support to resolve challenges. In determining salary ranges, we consider factors such as: Market Research: Industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases Company Performance: Financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation Job Requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role Geographic Location: Cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards in our region $134,300 - $163,530 Base Salary Requirements & Qualifications Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to establish trust and supportive relationships; proven problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in understanding complex client requirements and driving business outcomes. Technical Skills: 5+ years in developing Web/Mobile projects using SDLC best practices; and knowledge of AI prompt engineering, LLM integration, and agentic systems. Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field; recognized industry certifications in AI or OutSystems certifications are a plus.
