Position : Technical Writer BDok (m/f/d) Location : Gera, Germany Type : Full-time Tasks: Independently performing all tasks involved in creating descriptive technical documentation in accordance with existing specifications and processes Reviewing and evaluating the required documents and regulations for accuracy and usability, as well as assigning them to the appropriate assemblies Creating graphic designs and reviewing their implementation Incorporating and updating the results, as well as maintaining the content in light of technical and procedural changes Cross-functional and cross-departmental coordination and research Creating work orders and managing and monitoring them within the team Participating in internal and, if necessary, external project meetings (e.g., kick-off meetings, status updates) Compiling deliverables for the client Monitoring compliance with workflows and processes Ensuring compliance with required quality standards and delivery deadlines Assisting with the maintenance of project management tools for work preparation and planning Collaborating with the project manager Proposing improvements to increase the efficiency of existing processes Assisting with the preparation of proposal documents (technical aspects) Requirements: A completed technical degree or certification as a state-certified technician Ideally, professional experience in the field of technical documentation (ASD specifications S1000D and H011) Solid technical knowledge in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive engineering Fluency in German and English Basic knowledge of technical documentation Experience working with defense equipment is desirable Ability to work well in a team Analytical thinking Excellent communication skills What we offer: International Working Environment: Join a diverse and multicultural team where people from different backgrounds and cultures collaborate to achieve outstanding results.
