Role Summary : We are seeking a Technical Documentation Engineer to develop, manage, and maintain technical documentation for railway and engineering products throughout the product lifecycle. The role involves preparing specifications, compliance reports, manuals, test documentation, quality plans, and customer deliverables in coordination with Engineering, QA, Production, and Project teams. The incumbent will ensure all documentation is technically accurate, compliant with applicable standards, professionally formatted using Adobe InDesign, and controlled through effective document revision management. Roles & Responsibilities: Review and analysis of technical specifications, RFQs and requirements received from clients, and identification of applicable documentation requirements. Preparation and maintenance of Compliance Reports against client RFQs, technical specifications and applicable standards. Preparation and maintenance of Technical, Hardware and Software Specifications in coordination with Engineering teams. Preparation and formatting of product data-sheets, technical leaflets, brochures and product-related documentation. Preparation, revision and maintenance of Hardware and Software User Manuals, Installation Manuals and Operating Manuals.
