Technician - Packing

Additional Comments We are looking for a skilled and responsible Packing Department Technician to operate, monitor, and maintain packing machinery and equipment. The technician will ensure smooth packing operations, product quality, machine efficiency, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Job Description Key Responsibilities Operate packing machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Set up and adjust packing machines according to product and packing requirements. Monitor machine performance and packing output during production. Check the quality, quantity, sealing, labeling, and appearance of packed products. Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance of packing machines. Identify machine faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs. Replace or adjust basic machine components when required and authorized. Ensure correct packing materials are used for each product. Minimize product and packing material wastage. Maintain production, machine, and packing-related records accurately. Follow production schedules and achieve daily packing targets. Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the packing area. Follow all safety, quality, hygiene, and company procedures. Report machine breakdowns, product defects, and other operational issues to the supervisor. Assist in machine changeovers and trial runs when required. Support the team in improving machine efficiency and reducing downtime. Experience on CAM / IMA Blister line, IMA Bottle Line, Stick Pack Machine operations.
