Reporting to the Supervisor: Operations Processing, you will  operate designated fixed plant infrastructure and equipment in a safe, reliable, efficient and sustainable manner. This role is offered on an 8/6 FIFO roster, with direct flights provided to site from Perth and/or Kalgoorlie. About the Role Full management and effective operation of the processing circuits which includes operation of the Crushing, Grinding, CIL, Elution, Tailings and Control Room sections of the Processing Plant.      Monitor plant performance including conveyors, crushers and screens Support maintenance activities across the fine crushing plant circuit Work closely with Operations and Maintenance teams to minimise downtime Assist in improving plant reliability and equipment availability Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and site standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant About You People are at the heart of everything we do.
