We offer a competitive starting salary of €40,000.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise.

You’ll work alongside a team with diverse experience, leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI and automation, and gain access to insights from Deloitte's global TMT network across Europe and beyond.   Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position  Some experience, gained in a consulting or in-house environment, supporting programme management or operational transformation in the TMT sector, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Project, Programme, and Change Management : Supporting complex initiatives with a focus on achieving operational and transformational goals Digital Transformations : Supporting digital strategy, planning, and/or implementation projects Automation and AI : Experience with Generative AI, digital operations, cloud technologies, and emerging innovations. Proactively staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends Operating Model Design & Delivery : Assessing and documenting current-state (As-Is) processes, designing target-state (To-Be) solutions, and implementing new operating models Data Analytics and Insight : Using data to generate actionable insights for operational improvements and reporting Adaptable and Quick Learner : Demonstrates comfort with ambiguity, can quickly adapt to new technologies and trends,…
