Primary Responsibilities The Driver Trainer is responsible for training and teaching employees how to drive all Company owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner. The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment. This position includes the following duties: Conduct Driver Assessments to evaluate skill, safety, and readiness. Deliver Voyago Division Training Programs in accordance with company standards and policies. Facilitate License Upgrading programs, specifically for B Class licensing. Lead external instructional training sessions as required. Support the Operations Manager with additional duties and projects as assigned. Ready and able to drive as a substitute to assist the operations team as required.
