Training Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description Develop and deliver training programs for employees based on business and operational needs. Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and supporting documents using PowerPoint. Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training standards to ensure consistency and compliance. Conduct training sessions and presentations in Mandarin and English/Indonesian as required. Analyze training-related data, including training effectiveness, attendance, assessment results, and performance metrics. Prepare training reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Coordinate with relevant departments to identify training needs and improve employee capabilities. Support the implementation and evaluation of training programs and ensure training standards are properly followed. Continuously improve training materials, methods, and processes based on feedback and operational requirements. Requirements Fluent in Mandarin, with HSK 5 or above . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field . 1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, SOP management, or a related field is preferred. Experience in training delivery, SOP development/standardization, or employee development is highly preferred. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret training and performance data. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and capable of developing professional and engaging training materials. Strong presentation and public speaking skills . Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willing to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
