Job Summary We are currently seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager focused on Financial Due Diligence to join our team in any of the following office locations: Jericho, NY; New York, NY; Park Ridge, NJ; Chelmsford, MA; Needham, MA; Glastonbury, CT; or Wayne, PA . We will also consider remote candidates based in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Greater Philadelphia market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements, delivering actionable insights that help clients evaluate transaction opportunities and make informed business decisions Managing multiple concurrent engagements while ensuring exceptional client service, high-quality deliverables, and timely execution across all phases of the transaction process Analyzing financial statements, operating results, and key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and value drivers that impact transaction outcomes Developing comprehensive reports, presentations, and analyses that clearly communicate findings, proposed adjustments, and strategic considerations to clients and stakeholders Evaluating revenue quality, earnings sustainability, working capital trends, cash flow performance, and balance sheet accounts to assess the financial health of target businesses Facilitating meetings and discussions with clients, target company management, and key stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle Building and maintaining strong client relationships through…
