Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior Associate focused on Financial Due Diligence to join our team in any of the following office locations: Jericho, NY; New York, NY; Park Ridge, NJ; Chelmsford, MA; Needham, MA; Glastonbury, CT; or Wayne, PA . This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) engagements by performing analyses and assisting in the evaluation of transaction opportunities
Analyzing financial statements, operating results, and key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and other factors impacting transaction outcomes
Assisting in the preparation of QoE reports, presentations, and client deliverables that communicate findings, adjustments, and key financial insights
Evaluating revenue, earnings, working capital, cash flow, and balance sheet accounts to assess the financial performance and health of target businesses
Conducting detailed financial analyses and research to support engagement teams throughout the transaction process
Collaborating with engagement teams to gather and organize client data, perform testing procedures, and meet project deadlines
Participating in client meetings and management interviews while developing relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Contributing to multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Staying current on industry trends, accounting developments, and transaction advisory best practices to enhance technical knowledge and client…
