To support our growing portfolio of transmission projects across North America, including major ECI and EPC projects, we're expanding our Ontario Transmission Line Engineering team with this newly created leadership position. In this role, you'll lead and grow our Ontario Transmission Line Engineering team while overseeing the successful delivery of medium and high-voltage transmission projects. You'll combine technical leadership with people leadership, supporting project execution, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the continued growth of our transmission practice. This role is based out of our Mississauga office reporting to the Engineering Manager. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of transmission line engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and safety-focused culture Coordinate team resources, workloads, and priorities across multiple concurrent projects Lead the engineering and design of medium and high-voltage overhead and underground transmission projects from conceptual design through construction support Oversee capital project development, including feasibility studies, project scope definition, cost estimates, and detailed engineering Prepare proposals, technical approaches, execution plans, budgets, and resource plans for new opportunities Develop design criteria, material specifications, construction specifications, and engineering deliverables that meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements Review, seal, and maintain the quality of engineering deliverables while supporting continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices Manage project schedules, budgets, utilization, and engineering performance while…
